I have got 3.5 years of experience in medical billing and I have complete command on the whole of Revenue Cycle Management and have also provided administrative support to various clients. These are the services I can provide:
-Scheduling Appointments, intake of patients demographics etc,
-Eligibility and Benefits verification, like patient's cost share and obtaining info on covered services that our specialists provide. Understanding payer guidelines and claims routings.
-Obtaining Prior-Authorizations, Single Case Agreements and referrals.
-Claim creation, sorting ICDs, CPTs, and modifiers in suitable and acceptable combinations.
-Fixing Pending with errors after seeking Coder's help.
-Submission of claims and tracking them the next few days for the resolution of uninvited rejections and missing information.
-Following up on claims via payer portals and through insurance calling.
-Denials management and disputing and appealing incorrectly denied claims.
-Payment posting of both ERAs and manual EOBs.
-Sending patient statements or invoices.
-Month-end reporting, like eBO reporting in eCW, Collection Reports in Office Ally etc.
