Scope of Service / Deliverables:
--I will make an outbound call and/or email to customer in an attempt to confirm payment status, check information if advised payment already sent, and confirm correct contact information. If the invoice is disputed for any reason, I will collect all the information I can as to the reasoning why the invoice is disputed.
--Detailed notes will be provided.
--If I am not able to make contact via phone, I will follow up via email if access provided (optional).
--This is for a single pass. I will make a concentrated effort on each invoice but will turn the results over to you when complete. No follow up attempts will be made.
--If phone number provided no longer works, I will attempt to call the business main line and get transferred to correct person.

Upon receiving the information I need to get started, I will make outbound calls to clients with overdue invoices. If not able to make a good contact, I will also email if email access provided.
Send completed report back to client with call notes.
Upon completion, I will notify client that work is complete and allow them to review or ask any questions.
