Iโm Nneka, your Customer Success Manager. For the past 3 years, Iโve been working as a customer success manager. As a customer success manager, my routine has always been providing a guided onboarding for all my customers. Iโm responsible for all post-sales experience. I onboard new customers on how to use our product, how to understand the value our product is offering, and how to achieve success in all our onboarding features.
