Define Scope
Identifying the project scope and work breakdown, budget, schedule/duration, and key deliverables. This is where we define the success criteria. We will also identify the major risks and resources required.
DRAFT Preparation
I create a DRAFT version of the required templates and related processes based on the defined success criteria from step 1. We perform a review and walkthrough. After the review, I apply corrections based on the punch list created from the review.
