My responsibilities have included:
• Resource Planning and Coordination
• Guiding and achieving timely decision-making.
• Delivering accurate and meaningful reports tracking actual performance against planned performance, identifying, and closing out risk.
• Liaising between internal and external groups and geographies (satellite, site, and home office personnel)
• Specifying, reviewing, and reconciling discipline reports
• Continually communicating project status and any actions that need to be taken.
• Discuss resources and support required for each project.
• Develop strong relationships that can be access across multiple projects to provide support and assistance. Manage interface with peers on the same project.
• Coordinated the supply of goods, materials, and services to meet required schedule dates.
• Communicate cost and time imperatives, link design intent to fabrication shop and field.
• Manage client expectations and provide feedback on project status to the client.
• Actively identify scope, quantity, cost, and time trends and manage the change process.
• Define the scope of services and scope of works across all disciplines/departments involved in the project.

I am highly driven and detail oriented. I have extensive experience leading and working with mixed teams of technical and non-technical members, from different cultural backgrounds. I have a comprehensive understanding of project management methodology and processes – I have created procedures, templates, and manuals for every stage of the project life cycle and trained teams in their usage.

Steps for completing your project

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Olu can start the project.

Delivery time starts when Olu receives requirements from you.

Olu works on your project following the steps below.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.

Define Scope

Identifying the project scope and work breakdown, budget, schedule/duration, and key deliverables. This is where we define the success criteria. We will also identify the major risks and resources required.

DRAFT Preparation

I create a DRAFT version of the required templates and related processes based on the defined success criteria from step 1. We perform a review and walkthrough. After the review, I apply corrections based on the punch list created from the review.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Olu.
