Project details
• The guest lists are automatically consolidated in the "joined lists" sheet using a QUERY formula.
• All validations and checks are performed on the "joined lists" sheet.
• If there is a duplicate guest in any of the three lists, the alert will be displayed on "joined lists" sheet.
• The number of tables can be adjusted from 1 to 50, and the calculations are adapted accordingly.
• The number of guests per table can be adjusted from 1 to 15.
• Table JoinedLists is where each guest is assigned a table and seat, therefore each guest can only be assigned one seat. (write only in the light blue cells)
• The "joined lists" sheet contains indicators showing whether the table is full, whether it is overbooked, whether the seats per table are overbooked, or whether a duplicate seat has been assigned.
• The sheet Tables contains the results of the assignments made and the alerts from the checks; it is fully formulated. Nothing should be written on it.
