You have several spreadsheets of client data (address, email, phone, name, etc.) and you want to combine them all into one sheet. But if you do that, you'll have a bunch of duplicates. Revamp my signature mobility training spreadsheet for client usage/tracking Holly was amazing. She took time to understand the vision I had for this project. I'm a full-time freelancer with a variety of high-level skills. I love the nonprofit sector, hold a Masters' degree in Nonprofit Management, and enjoy working with Microsoft Excel (creating functional spreadsheets that look good, and contain formulas, drop-downs, checkboxes, etc. for ease of use), organizing data and files, and consulting in all areas related to organizational structure and management. I've got nothing against the business sector, either - I've met and worked with individuals from all sectors and think I'm pretty darn easy to get along with! I love the details and take great pride in my work.

I'm very comfortable with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and am a great researcher. I've managed budgets of up to $10M annually, all from federal, state, and private grant funding (the majority of which I wrote).

Combine spreadsheets.

If there are multiple spreadsheets that need to be combined into one, the first step will be formatting these sheets so that they are ready to combine, and then combining them. If it's just one spreadsheet that needs cleaning, skip this step.

Sort spreadsheet.

The second step will involve sorting the spreadsheet to show duplicates so they can be reviewed and determine which of the two or more duplicates should be deleted (can involve combining information from the duplicates to create one full record).

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Holly.
