- Data design pattern: Medallion Architecture used to enhance the structure and quality of data as it flows through different layers from Bronze to Gold layer tables.
- Reading event hub transactional data using Spark Structured Streaming with checkpointing to prevent data loss and load to Synapse using polybase directly from Databricks.
Data Ingestion and ETL:
- SAP: Ingested data from SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP HANA for USA based Retail Chain
- Salesforce: Ingested Fuel Cards Data for 30+ countries for Oil and Gas Company from multiple API of Salesforce which are collected daily in Landing Layer, cleaned in the RAW layer and incremantal load handled in the PREP layer. This data is then transformed and aggregated using Databricks. and finally load into Azure Synapse to use the data for Data Visualization by Business Users and Data Analytics by Data Scientists.
- Telematics Device Admin Data for US, Canada & Mexico: Implemented Databricks Autoloader to ingest the Telematics Device data for US/Canada/Mexico Countries and build ingestion framework, which is reusable, dynamic, configurable and robust to load the parquet data into Databricks delta lake tables and then to the Azure Synapse DWH. Telematics Device Common dashboard provided for Device, Order, Monthly Billing & Purchases reports using the data from Azure Synapse. Enabled Users to build Self-Service customized reports in Power BI

- Shared the data with Third Parties using Azure Function. The data is exposed in the form of JSON and security implemented using authentication by Access Token, Client Id and Client Secrets
