Marketing Assistant / Graphics / Virtual Assistant Isabella is a lovely personality to work with. She was fair and worked hard to complete tasks needed, and always put in effort to complete tasks on time. She was proactive and supportive in setting up systems for us to work together and communicate, which I was very impressed with and thankful for.
I think she is suited for certain tasks more, such as routine and structured tasks, as opposed to those that require more research and decision making on behalf of a business - possibly just due to her experience levels and where she is at in her career. She has a good positive and responsible attitude, she does have good attention to detail 99% of the time, but sometimes could do with a final check of all items before considering a task complete. There is room for her to grow in partnership with a contractor, if she is to take true ownership of tasks to support the contractor in a completely autonomous manner.
I would definitely re-hire again and recommend her for the right fit tasks, and if you are able to help her grow in other areas of expertise.

Ysabel was a pleasure to work with. She produces high-quality work, takes feedback exceptionally well, and consistently demonstrates initiative. If you're seeking someone to execute tasks quickly and efficiently, she is a great choice.

That said, we encountered some challenges regarding attention to detail and communication. While Ysabel works swiftly, her speed occasionally led to minor mistakes or shortcuts that, unfortunately, had a significant impact on my end. At times, tasks were marked as complete but were not fully executed within the expected timeframe.

Ysabel is deeply committed to doing her best for the CEO she supports, but she can sometimes be hesitant to communicate when she feels overwhelmed or unsure about a task. To maximize her potential, I recommend providing her with clear SOPs and instructions for all assignments, along with a reliable system to monitor progress.
