Pre-Shipment Quality Audit for decorative Lighting manufacture (Friday 13th October 2023)
I recently hired Vincent to undertake a pre-shipment quality audit on an order of high-end decorative lighting products. It was a pleasure to work with Vincent, his communication is excellent, and I was suitably impressed with his eye for detail, and overall experience with lighting products. Once the audit was complete, I received a highly detailed report within 24 hours. Each product was photographed and videoed extensively, and important comments were noted where Vincent had identified an issue, or a manufacturing defect that would need to be corrected by the manufacturer.
The pre-shipment audit performs a very important function for our business, and we're really happy to have found Vincent, as he delivered an excellent outcome for us. We will now use Vincent's services on an ongoing basis at the end of each manufacturing run we undertake.
