Timi did a solid job setting up our Klaviyo–Shopify integration. He clearly knows what he’s doing and understands the technical structure behind email flows, events, and data syncing. Communication was smooth, and he responded quickly whenever we needed clarification. Overall, the work delivered has real value for our operation.
However, since this was a $100 project, I expected a bit more proactive guidance and clearer direction on the best practices. The job was completed, but some parts required me to ask extra questions or push for more detail. I believe Timi can easily reach a higher professional level with just a bit more initiative and structure in the process.
Still, I’m satisfied with the overall result and would consider working with him again on future email marketing tasks.
