Peranav is a quick learner but he needs to be more responsive which I had been telling him since we begin to work last week, however, this did not adhere and his tone maybe the expectation from my end was very clear to make this mandatory on how important this is. I released last week's payment, however, I have paid him $15.00 for taking time for the second week's 1st day which was today.
