I will help with Zendesk triggers, automations, chat-bot optimization, and creating branded responses to customer inquiries. I'll responsible to include triggers based on conditional form fields for automated initial responses, and to assign to specific employees based on the parameters input.
I will do custom development, available integrations, and workflow architecture. Additional work will include help with reporting to keep management informed of our most common issues, response times, and highlight both good and bad customer interactions.
