May did a lot of hours for me on a very detailed Excel job.
The job required both critical thinking and high concentration.
I expected it to take eight hours but she completed it in 6. She exceeded the original target of 8 by 25%.

Reliable. She also delivered one full day ahead of the deadline. I expected this work to be spread over 2 days but she completed it in 1 day.
