I receive the dictation file. EMR/EHR information if required upload to EMR system. Client can provide their templates if they want to do the reports in their own templates.

I complete the work, do review to check for any errors and complete the report in word format. If needed, I will upload the file/report information to the EMR and notify the client as instructed.
