We build an AI-powered document automation that eliminates manual sorting, filing, and data entry. Documents such as bills, receipts, or statements are dropped into a “raw” folder on Google Drive. The automation uses Google Cloud Vision OCR to extract text, ChatGPT to classify and summarize content, and Make.com to run the workflow. Each file is renamed, categorized, and moved into the correct folder like Bills, Statements, or Invoices, while details such as vendor, date, and amount are logged in Google Sheets.
The system can run on your accounts with Make.com, Google Cloud, and OpenAI for full control and direct billing through your vendors, or on our accounts at $50 per 2,000 documents. The first 1,000 processed are included in the purchase price of this project, and additional processing can be purchased in a separate project listed on UpWork.
