For portfolios with 5 to 9 properties, the rate is $10 USD per hour.
Availability:

⚠️ Important Notes
To ensure smooth operations, I prefer working with hosts who use a Property Management System (PMS) such as Hospitable, Hostaway, Guesty, or similar platforms. A PMS helps keep listings, reservations, and guest communications organized and efficient.
I am best suited for hosts who already have established systems in place and need reliable operational support and co-hosting assistance.

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Melody can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Melody receives requirements from you.

Onboarding & Requirements
I will collect all the necessary details about your Airbnb listing, including location, house rules, access instructions, and preferred communication style. This helps me set up everything properly before I begin managing guest communication.
System Setup & Coordination
I will review your listing, check-in guide, message flow, calendar, and automations. I will also coordinate with your cleaner (if available) and prepare the guest communication templates for smooth daily operations.
