We requested help from Rehan to reinstate our deactivated amazon account.
Instead we got 2 copy and paste appeals that were denied by Amazon.
He didn't provide documents that he filed with appeal, although we asked him so.
After first denial, we asked for copy of second appeal before filling, but he didn't provided it and filed anyways.
Absolutely unprofessional and ignorant service. We were very patient and wasted one week without any result.
Disappointed!
