Every FBA seller lost and damaged their inventory on the Amazon Fulfillment center. Amazon reimburse automatically most of them by cash or inventory reimbursement. But some inventory they doesn't reimburse. After 18 month Amazon remove all data from seller account. This is Amazon FBA policy. So if FBA seller wants to recover their inventory from Amazon they have must submit cases within 18 month period.
