E-Commerce Specialist - Amazon
This company was hired to manage my Amazon store from A to Z and to successfully help lift the suspension on my Walmart store, as they claimed they knew how. They charged full hours knowing they couldn’t resolve it and later told me to pay another “professional they work with" to handle it.
For Amazon, they claimed to list best-selling products but instead listed items from their own warehouse that barely sold on my store. One product they invoiced me for couldn’t even be listed; had I not spoken up, they would have kept both the product and the money (they still kept the prep fee).
I ended up losing money on every single product they listed. Their goal was not to manage my store but to offload their own stock onto my account. No market research, no competitive analysis, no transparency. When I pointed out the poor service and asked for accountability, I was met with retaliation instead of professionalism.
Unethical, self-serving, and a total waste of time, energy and money.
