The Point of Contact is requesting information on behalf of an online university headquartered in Turkey
seeking a clear, realistic understanding of what it would take to:
-Authorize operations in selected U.S. states, and
-Pursue accreditation recognized within the United States.
This work is strictly research-based and advisory in nature. No applications, filings, or regulatory
submissions are included in scope. Should the Point of Contact choose to move forward after reviewing
the Research Brief, implementation support may be defined under a separate service agreement.
The Research Brief will provide a clear, actionable roadmap outlining a clear path toward state
authorization and institutional accreditation. The findings and recommendations will enable the
institution to either proceed independently or engage the Consultant under a separate agreement to
begin executing the recommended steps.
