My name is Sharis, I was born and raised in Northern Italy; I'm of Nigerian descent on my mother's side, and thanks to that I was raised bilingual, making me fluent in both English and Italian.
My high school education was humanities-oriented, as I attended a 'Liceo Classico', where I was able to acquire a rigorous translation methodology, which made English to Italian translations (and vice-versa) one of my strongest skills.
I'm currently a Physics Undergraduate student: in this field I was able to learn the basics of programming in C++ and Python, get familiar with editing papers with Latex and acquire a strong knowledge in statistical analysis which made managing, organizing and analyzing data (Google Sheets and Excel) one of my strongest skills.
Presentation Design is another skill I cultivated during my academic career as I worked on many projects that required a Presentation and the softwares I'm most familiar with are Microsoft PowerPoint and Prezi.

Initial reading session
First I'll read the whole text once to get a more precise context and evaluate (with the client) which kind of translation would be the best for this text (free translation/adaptation, literal/semantic translation, etc...)
First translation
After the first readthrough, I'll translate the text according to the translation method discussed in the previous step.
