Relaying requirements and starting work
Requirements usually include verbatim (as is) or clean verbatim (with filler words like uh, um, you know, kind of taken out where unnecessary) transcription, time codes, speaker labels as well as any other formatting preferences.
Delivering the transcript document
The transcript (usually a Microsoft Word document) will be delivered to you via your preferred platform i.e. Upwork, Dropbox, Google Drive and so on. I have never been asked to do revision before, but if so, it will be included in this step as well.
