You will have the dedicated hours you choose with your package. Unlike an "in store" employee, I am working solid for the hours you hire me for. I also track my time and send you a report each week. I don't require a desk and office space, a benefits package, or taxes deducted and submitted. I am an independent contractor, and take care of all my business expenses, so you don't have too.
My administrative skills have been honed through the years with previous employment and education. I have impeccable organizational skills from my 12 years as a teacher. I am proficient in preparing presentations, news letters, performing research, and proofreads. Prior to being an English teacher, I was a Health, Safety and Environment Manager for an oil company in Canada. During my years in university, I coordinated research for the Health Sciences Department at the University of Ottawa.
I can provide light bookkeeping and invoicing, answering emails from clients/customers, as well as the skills listed above, if I have not listed something here, please contact me and I can put a custom package together for your business so you can have all the required tasks performed for you.
