Recent build: a complete AI-powered operations system for a construction company connecting Jobber, Google Workspace, OpenAI, and Discord across 15+ production workflows. The centerpiece is an AI estimator agent, a chat-based quoting system backed by a four-step pricing engine. It takes the contractor's stated price first, falls back to the master pricing database, then checks AI-generated market pricing, and finally flags anything that requires human review. Finished quotes are automatically drafted into Jobber for approval.
The system includes structured AI workflows, defensive error handling, automated monitoring, audit logging, intelligent routing, retry-safe operations, and a watchdog service that pings the platform every 30 minutes and alerts the owner if anything fails. API usage and AI costs remain predictable even during long-running conversations.
Before that, I built a financial reconciliation and business process automation platform for an IFA firm using Google Apps Script. The system ingests reports from multiple sources and formats, normalizes and deduplicates records, matches actual payments against expected revenue, and surfaces discrepancies through an auditable dashboard with interactive override controls.
