At first Mansoor sounded to me like a professional with a high rating and the guy who would help me with the tasks needed at a reasonable price. 3 weeks later we got almost nowhere, he got in touch with few guys and most of the ignored his requests. He doesnt have a system to do any ontime updates for his clients and I had to request some things few times before getting a proper response.
In the end of the day maybe it is just me who setup high expectations based on Mansoor profile and when they werent met got dissapointed but it is what it is.
So working with him - please set clear timelines, reports frequency and the expected outcome.
