I designed and built an end-to-end automation that takes a purchase order from a raw PDF or img all the way through approval, work-order (WO) generation, and delivery tracking, with just one deliberate human checkpoint in the entire chain.
An AI extraction step reads incoming PO documents into a structured, centralized Google Sheet. The user simply confirms the PO number from a dropdown, and everything downstream runs on its own. The system automatically routes the PO for review, emails all stakeholders the moment a new PO is logged, and sends a scheduled digest of every pending approval twice a day, with direct sheet links, so nothing sits waiting because someone forgot to check a folder.
Once approved, it auto-generates the work order and pushes it to PPC and A/C, then links forward into a delivery-tracking sheet that flags delays for action.
