I previously worked for an Australian Telco handling escalations and complaints where I got promoted as a Supervisor. I've also worked with a Canadian Telco and handled billing, sales and moving homes. I have been part of a retail company and worked with and an e-commerce platform handling several functions such as member to member complaints, case management and mediation with members to resolved customer complaints. My latest project had been with an appointment setting campaign as well calling leads and setting up appointments for my clients to callback and position a sale, most of the leads that we handle are small businesses in-line with this I was also trained to do data mining wherein we gather possible leads from search engines like yelp.
Right now I intend to only focus on one Expertise which is working for Real Estate Campaigns that will further improve my skills and work efficiency.
