We had the opportunity to work with Chichi for a few weeks in an executive assistant role. While she demonstrated a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute and learn, the role ultimately required a higher level of proficiency in tools/skills such as Asana, email management, Google Sheets (data organization and formulas), payroll, and invoice management -- just to name a few. Unfortunately, these skills did not fully align with our current needs.
