Real Estate Cold Caller
Maria is very nice, however her work ethic is not the best. She did not work the full hours she was supposed to, as well as had excuses to not work certain days or hours. We had our final straw this week when she called for 3 hours on a 8 hour shift, and billed us for four hours and twenty minutes.

Maria seems like a great person Was great in the beginning all of a sudden was not completing workflow, or performing follow-up as trained, repeatedly had go behind to make sure work was correct in a lot of instances was not. Just showed up and let the clock run on several occasions. Didn't seem to have interest in adding value to the company. Cost us a lot of money didn't seem to care or appreciate her opportunity. Honestly, we feel taken advantage of however still wishing her the best.
