I have been working on business growth strategies since 2018 and on amazon since 2019. I didn’t only learn about the techniques and skills needed to win in amazon business but the main part was research-oriented strategies, since then I am providing the following amazon related services.
• Product research and product hunting:
I provide product research and hunting related services. I would hunt a product for my client based on the criteria provided that includes inventory and marketing budget, product category, price, monthly desired revenue and profit, and other product related criterion. The first phase in product hunting is looking for such a product which can get us a big enough chunk of market share so that we get to the top in best seller rank BSR and the product should have enough sales volume so that it gets profitable after the marketing phase is over and helps us get to the first page in our product category. I do a 360-degree analysis to choose a product that includes an intensive research focusing on long term growth and profit. I use all sources available offline and online to hunt the product and once I’ve selected the group of products then I get them filtered through the product research tools which include

iii) MERCHANT WORD
iv) VIRAL LAUNCH
v) AMZ tracker
After getting the products filtered through these tools, I have set my own product selection criteria which filters out the risk of failure up to 95%.
• Product sourcing and inventory management:
Product sourcing and good relations with the suppliers is intrinsic to long term growth and profitability. I will help the client find the best supplier depending on product. Consistency in quality, price and, shipment help the businesses have smooth operations. Cost cutting strategy help increase the profit. China, India, brazil, UK and USA are major hubs to find suppliers. Tax rates and shipment cost also play important role.
For inventory management it is important to devise plans about budget requirement, inventory requirement based on sales forecast, amazon warehouse charges, amazon selling charges, shipment charges and other direct and indirect costs.
• Product listing:
Product’s listing has different portions such as title, description, bullet points, product images, back end optimization which is a detailed portion of the product, and Enhanced Brand Content if the brand is registered where each one of these portions play a very important role from getting the customers reach our product to converting the lead into an actual sale. My priority is to use all those words throughout my listings which help the product to get a goof ranking.
• Listing ranking and Advertisement:
Getting all the important keywords ranked is a difficult task and that’s where most of the sellers fail. This is the part where different advertisement strategies play important role. Using the advertisement options provided by amazon which includes, pay per click (PPC) or amazon sponsored ads, creating digital coupons, utilizing lightening deals and even going for early reviewer program is something that we all could do but using the right strategy at the right time for the right product is actually what helps us succeed. Where PPC itself is a big game in Amazon’s ecommerce world so we should know the best strategy.
Apart from that running social media ads on Facebook, and Instagram using Many chat, zone Pages, Zone Jump, rebate keys, shout cart, are also the part of early ranking strategies.
• Inventory management and order handling:
Inventory management is directly related to sales forecast and marketing strategy as well as the nature of market. Once the product is ranked then we have to keep our inventory to a certain level where we never run of inventory no matter at what pace the sales are increasing
After inventory managemnet the order handling is something that might affect our listings. Returns from customers have to be dealt in a way that customer will never have any bad thoughts about us and that how we improve our rating and reviews as well as seller feedback and performance
• Amazon Store management:
I will mange your store and keep it in good health, I will provide best customer services and make sure that no customer leaves a bad reviews on our listing.
