I am an author of two books on the topics of psychology, self-help and spirituality. As an author and a creative blog/article writer, I believe that every creative work that stems from authenticity and inspiration is similar to a fingerprint; it is just as unique and incomparable. My passion for writing also extends to songwriting and poetry. You can see snippets of my books and of my other works in my portfolio.
In addition to that, I am a singer, content creator, and an artist in the fields of clay sculpting, drawing and crafting. My creative energies are on a constant high and I am continuously bringing alive the content of my creative urges.
I also have a solid and years worth career background in administrative support. My experience in this field makes me deeply familiar and skilled in working with technical equipments and with tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva and various other ones. Next to that, I also love to write enriching content in the forms of blogs, articles and books.
I was born and raised in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. In 2017, I moved to Ankara, Turkey. After graduating from secondary school in 2010 in Switzerland, I started a three-year apprenticeship as a back office administrator in the civil service department at the court of Wil. The position involved registering and processing a variety of cases, from divorce to criminal matters. Additionally, during live trials, I was responsible for translating from German to Turkish and vice versa. During my apprenticeship, I had the opportunity to complete two internships to complement the fundamental knowledge and skills required for the apprenticeship itself. Both internships lasted three months. One was in the financial management department of the community of Flawil, where I was responsible for controlling and safeguarding various financial matters. The other internship was in a lawyer's office, where I managed the general correspondence of the office.
After my apprenticeship, I worked in the back office of the road traffic and shipping department of the canton of St. Gallen. My responsibilities included checking driver's licenses, creating access cards for theoretical exams, and verifying and processing various vehicle-related access matters.
Following this role, I began working at the UBS Card Center AG of UBS Bank AG in Zurich, Switzerland. In the Card Center, I consulted clients about credit cards in four languages (German, English, French, and Turkish), and I actively supported the supervisor to ensure cooperation among the internal departments.
In terms of language skills, I speak and write at a native level in English, German, and Turkish. I hold a FIRST (Standard English) and a BEC (Business English) Certificate from Cambridge University. German and Turkish are my native languages, as I was born in Switzerland to Turkish-speaking parents.
I have a deep interest in psychology, mental health, and spirituality. To acquire knowledge in these fields, I read books, listen to podcasts, and strive to nurture a growth mindset.
