I will visit the factory in Karachi when your bulk order is between 10% to 15% completed. By catching mistakes early, we can force the factory to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) before the rest of your fabric is ruined.
What I focus on during DUPRO:
First-Batch Verification: Comparing the initial bulk output directly against your approved "Golden Sample."
Dye-Lot & Shading Check: Ensuring the bulk fabric matches the approved lab dips without color banding.
Construction Auditing: Checking thread tension, Stitches Per Inch (SPI), and seam puckering on live machines.
CAPA Enforcement: Meeting with the production line managers to correct any deviations immediately.
The Final Deliverable:
A rapid-response PDF report detailing the current production status, any early defects found, and the exact corrective actions the factory has agreed to implement.
