I am a Virtual Assistant with 2 years of experience in Airbnb/Short Term Rental Arbitrage. I can help you find approved properties for your short-term rentals. I reach out to Landlords, do the pitching for you and get them to allow you to have a master lease with them and you can have the ability to sublet the property. I ensure there are no HOAs on the proprties.

Find Property
I contact landlords based on my client's requirements. I get the landlord to allow my client to rent their property and use it for Airbnb. When the Landlord accepts, I send my client the landlord's phone number and the property address and I'm done.
