Hello everyone,
I offer my services as a virtual assistant and customer service representative in Spanish. For non-conversational tasks, I can handle data entry in English. I have over 5 years of experience in customer service and over 4 years as an administrative assistant and virtual assistant. I have worked in both chat and phone support, with a preference for chat. The number of hours included in the packages can be spread out over different days.
My available hours are mornings, afternoons, and evenings (Colombia time). I am proficient in digital platforms such as: Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, Notion, SAP, CRM, social media, email, LMS, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and Vercel. I have set up accounts on online stores such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Printify, Dropi, etc.
I have also worked in info-product sales, marketing, copywriting, Hotmart, and related fields. I am familiar with platforms such as Amazon and WordPress. I use Claude every day for a personal project and only use AI to streamline repetitive tasks. I am writing this description without AI.
