Project details

You will experience a collaborative approach and a custom setup for your unique business and needs. Your monthly service fee includes your subscription to QuickBooks Online with two additional users (for example, one for you as the business owner and one for your tax accountant). Should you choose to add Full-Service Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, I will handle everything related to incoming and outgoing payments; should you choose to add Full-Service Payroll Management, your monthly service fee includes the upgraded subscription price and all payroll-related tasks, including a workforce portal! At the end of the month, you will receive standard financial statements as well as custom reports which we will go over together during a monthly financial review meeting.

I have over 10 years of experience with bookkeeping and financial reporting for small businesses in a wide array of industries. I intentionally maintain a very small and selective client load to ensure you receive the highest quality of service and personalized access. We will have one or two one-hour Zoom meetings to review your business, accounts, existing customers and vendors and products and services, expenses, etc.

Initial Setup: Set Up Company in QuickBooks Online

This includes a custom Chart of Accounts, linking bank and credit card accounts (up to 4 included), setting up customers and vendors and products and services, creating templates (e.g., invoices), and importing or entering starting balances.
