Through a structured review of selected workflows, I evaluate how work moves through the firm, where breakdowns occur, where key person dependencies exist, and what operational risks may be creating friction.
Depending on the package selected, deliverables may include workflow assessments, findings reports, root cause analysis, operational risk reviews, 90 day action plans, implementation roadmaps, accountability recommendations, and SOP prioritization guidance.
