Dispatcher for Logistical Delivery Company
Overall Salman and his team are solid dispatchers that are a true pleasure to work with, any company would be lucky to have them. It has been a great experience working with them. The only negative thing I can say is that when we mutually agreed to end the contract, and set a 30 day timeline for the turnover, this unfortunately was not honored as it was a verbal agreement, and they left with a 2 hour notice (stating they disagreed with how we handled an issue) leaving our clients and business at real jeopardy and very high risk. For that reason I am removing 1 star.
So overall- highly recommend as dispatchers, great people and real hard workers, truly a great addition to any team.... but make sure you have a written contract from the start or take money upfront to put in escrow with terms in case you decide to end the contract ever.
