This training will be performed by analysing regulations for oil handling marine industry,also the training will be performed by interraction between the professor and the trainees with sharing expiriences and questions at several issues . The theory on cartgo handling is based at four pylars at maritime industry ,1 pylar SOLAS ,2nd MARPOL,3rd STCW AND 4rth MLC.
