Being news to Amazon listing, the extra time and costs were not articulated until I had started. As a gesture of good will I will pay $10. Before accepting any offer, contractors need to be very clear about potential/hidden costs given they are the expert, and the client is not and may not be aware of extra costs associate with product bar code costs/licensing.
