Correspondence Manager | Complaint Specialist and Consultant
Philadelphia, United States - 2:20 am local time
CLINICAL RESEARCH ADMINISTRATOR | COMPLIANCE | CORRESPONDENCE MANAGER

Introduction: I have a passion for helping teams meet quality end results through research, education, regulatory compliance, administrative support, and organizational leadership.

As a Correspondence Manager, I have extensive experience with self-projects and within the healthcare and compliance market in writing and overseeing adverse event reporting and complaints. Some of the responsibilities of the role include the following:

• Detects, reports and recovers from unauthorized changes in system settings.
• Gathers, documents and secures evidence for compliant filing and dispute resolution.
• Generates incident reports and manages the complaint filing and communication process with third-party organizations and government mediating agencies focusing on labor, consumer, and privacy.
• Conducts intakes and interviews with clients for fact finding and other business purposes while maintaining confidentiality.
• General administrative tasks including recruitment, consenting, phone screens, maintaining call logs, meeting minutes, calendar management, and generating reports.
• Content writer.
• Front-end website designer and publisher.

Generally, if you need help with managing your correspondences and filing complaints in support of evidence, or in preparation for a lawsuit or settlement, and for other business purposes, I can provide the services.

Note: I am new to the Upwork platform, but I have done independent contracting before and I enjoy the work collaborations that result from the partnerships. For good business practices at my stage of services, I do not accept new, urgent filing positions unless there has already been an established working relationship.
