You will have your DS-160 form filled out and your embassy interview scheduled by a native of the country you are trying to come to that speaks and understand the questions on the DS-160 form. You will have a confirmation email sent to you as proof of submission of your Non-immigrant visa application. The location of the embassy where your interview will be scheduled will also be on your confirmation form which will be coming from the US Department of State.
