HOURLY CONTRACT – GROUP CREDENTIALING SERVICES
Contract ended early. The freelancer was waiting on required information from my side, so no credentialing work could proceed. Despite this, hours were billed for questions and consultation, with no applications submitted or deliverables completed. I recommend clearly defining billable work and deliverables upfront.
