Order system switchover - own website to Shopify
We have worked with Issa before and although this was a more niche job than the previous one, he still completed it to a high standard and did everything we required to ensure a smooth switchover from one system to another in a short period of time. It was crucial that details were not missed as we would not have access to such data again, but he has ensured that we have everything we need, and even went above and beyond what was asked by creating a separate colour-coded spreadsheet to easily track problem orders that require follow up. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
