Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Nafio can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Nafio receives requirements from you.
Nafio works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Daily Customer Support Operation
At the start of daily shift, I'll login to Gorgias and Shopify Admin. Then I'll provide customer service for 8hr/day during your timezone. At the end of daily shift, I'll logout of Gorgias and Shopify Admin.
Progress Report
I’ll provide weekly and monthly progress report of key metrics. Support performance metrics: CSAT, FRT, and RT. Agent performance metrics: online time, tickets replied, tickets replied per hour, and closed tickets.
