I have been working for the last 10 years starting out as a lifeguard in high-school. This job really taught me how to be a better person and understand what it was like to have to balance a job and school. During school I went to VOTEC for Electrical Trades and continued on as an electrician for 3 years after high-school. I showed an interest again in the Healthcare field and have been in it ever since. I love what I so on a day to day basis and enjoy helping patients on their worst day. I love educating patients on their problems and helping them understand the next steps to take after receiving help. I am a supervisor and also the head EMT trainer at my current position. I have restructured the onboard orientation and training programs. I am very passionate about education new employees on the knowledge I have come to learn over the last 6 years on the ambulance.
