✅ Process:
I will call insurance providers directly (no portals) to confirm active coverage and benefits. For applicable tiers, I’ll complete a 50-question coverage table covering preventive, basic, and major, including frequencies, limitations, deductibles, maximums, and plan notes. Verified details are delivered in a clear Excel or PDF report.

⏰ Turnaround Time:
Basic (10 patients – verification only): 2 days
Standard (10 patients – with coverage table): 3 days
Premium (15 patients – with coverage table): 4 days
Starts once all patient details are received.
