Insurance billing support for therapy group practice Rosally was very kind and knowledgeable. I unfortunately had to end our contract due to tasks not being completed. After 2 days, communication had slowed and the tasks on our to do list hadn’t been started. If I were willing to wait, I’m sure Rosally could turn it around but I decided to end the contract and find another freelancer.
