I have 10 years relevant experience in Customer support and Customer satisfaction and I am proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems. I have functioned comprehensively in all communication departments of the Customer Service division; Telephone, Email, Frontline support, Live Chat and Social media.
I believe I’m the best man for the job because of my education and work experience. In my past jobs, I received and handled up to 200 calls per shift, at other times I responded to 200 emails and even interacted with 200 clients via Live chat or Social Media.
