I have years of Customer Service experience over the phone and online. I communicate directly with clients after a reservation has been made to obtain required information such as flight number, check-in time, and contact details, and also make sure that the clients are updated with the policy of their reservation.
I answer customer enquiries such as checking the status of their orders, changing or updating details and tracking their delivery date. I also contact them directly to provide resolution to the issues/concerns received through email.
Aside from Customer Service, I can also work as a Virtual Assistant by helping clients with their day-to-day tasks, doing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, making phone calls, making travel arrangements, doing basic photo editing, social media, and managing email accounts.
I mostly use Google tools such as Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, and Dropbox for saving most of my important files. Canva for basic editing, and other online tools to finish my tasks. I used Zendesk CRM for resolving clients concerns in support tickets.
I am friendly and a confident multitasker, allowing me to take on several responsibilities at once. I am a quick learner and enthusiastic.
