Mary was given clear responsibilities and access to critical tasks. Unfortunately, there were repeated periods of unresponsiveness and lack of proactive communication while assignments were active. Experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Needed (Oregon-Based)
Mary stood me up when we had a set time to speak "in-person" over Meet Google and she required that I work on her platform. She said her working hours were between 10am-3pm PST. This is NOT correct. If I didn't give her the answers she needed within 5-10 minutes, she moved on to a different client, or "fell asleep." She is unreliable, her work is disorganized, her work requires a lot of oversight, and mostly, the tasks did not get completed, nor were correct. In short, Mary falsely advertises her skills and the time she is willing to actually work with you - on her terms. If you are looking for someone reliable & has a high sense of ownership, keep scrolling.
